These Terms govern your use of SuperfastSAT, operated by Argonaut Education, Inc. at superfastsat.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you may use SuperfastSAT only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
The service
SuperfastSAT provides SAT-preparation tools — practice tests, a vocabulary trainer, a study hall, and AI feedback on your work. Most of it is free; some plans are paid, and their price and what they include are shown before you buy. We are actively developing the product, so features may be added, changed, or removed.
We do not guarantee any score, score improvement, or test outcome. AI feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong; it is study guidance, not an official score.
Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
What you may not do
Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions or other content; do not share your account or use the service on someone else's behalf without authorization; and do not interfere with the service or try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to.
Payments
Paid plans are charged through a third-party provider at the price shown at checkout.
Ownership
The platform and its original content belong to Argonaut Education, Inc. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own SAT preparation. SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SuperfastSAT.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Nothing here limits rights that the law where you live does not allow us to limit.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the service and the people using it.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms, and we will tell you through the service when a change matters. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where local law requires otherwise.
