SuperfastSAT is an SAT-preparation platform operated by Argonaut Education, Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. By creating an account you agree to it.
What we collect
- Your account.First and last name, email address, phone number, and timezone; a securely hashed password (never the plaintext). If you use “Continue with Google” we receive only your name, email, and profile picture — never your Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
- Why the phone number. To confirm it is you if you lose access: recovery matches your email, name, and phone together. We do not send marketing texts.
- Email verification. We email a one-time code and store a hash of it — never the code — with the address, an expiry, and a count of attempts. Deleted the moment your account is created, and expired records are swept automatically.
- Your studying. Practice, progress, answers, and what you type or say to the AI tutor, so we can give feedback and keep your place.
- Payments. Paid plans are handled by a third-party provider. We see that a purchase happened — amount, status, the email used — and never your card number.
- Voice, when you use it. If you speak to the tutor, that audio is sent to a third-party provider to be turned into text. It is captured only while the feature is on and you have granted microphone permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical and usage data. Log and device information (IP, browser, timestamps), cookies that keep you signed in, and analytics about which features get used.
We use all of this to run your account, save your progress, give you feedback, keep the service secure, and tell you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
AI features
When you use AI review or the tutor, what is needed to answer — the question, your answer, and what you have written or said — is sent to a third-party provider on our behalf and the reply comes back to you. It is processed to produce your feedback, notto train anyone's models. Your conversations are saved with your account so you can return to them. AI feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong; nothing about your account is decided by it.
Who processes it for us
We use third-party providers to run the service. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes described above, and some operate outside Korea, so your information is processed abroad. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our users and the service.
How long we keep it
Your account and study history stay while your account is active, so your progress is there when you come back. Delete your account and we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where a law says otherwise — payment records, for example. Some things go much sooner: verification records are deleted at signup and expire within a day, and voice audio is sent for transcription rather than stored by us.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, hash passwords, and fix vulnerabilities promptly. No system is perfectly secure, but this is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Age
You must be at least 13. Under 18, use SuperfastSAT only with a parent or guardian involved. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 — tell us if you think we have and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can see and change your account details in the app, and you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Closing your account withdraws your consent.
If you are in Korea: the required items above — name, email, password, phone, timezone — are what an account is made of, and your studying is collected to give you feedback and save your progress. You may refuse to give them, but then we cannot create an account. Everything is kept until you delete your account unless a law requires longer.
Changes
We may update this policy, and we will tell you through the service when a change matters.
